THIRTY-nine stalls operating at Batu 7 in Hulu Kelang were demolished during a joint operation by several government agencies.
Personnel from the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council, Malaysian Civil Defence Force, the police and Rela were involved in the enforcement exercise.
