THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) will give out free parking coupons to those who settle their assessment bills and arrears before the Aug 31 deadline.
Its president Datuk Rozali Mohamud said the parking coupon booklet worth RM4 could be redeemed at all MPSP payment counters in Bandar Perda, Kampung Jawa, in Butterworth or Jawi in Nibong Tebal from Sept 4 to Oct 31.
