SEVERAL public health and medical facilities will be coming up to serve the people of Penang better, said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam.
He said among them was the RM486mil multi-storey block project which would house the cardiothoracic unit of Seberang Jaya Hospital, adding that construction was ongoing.
