‘Short sitting is normal’

IT IS normal to hold a short sitting of the state assembly when the session does not involve any debates on the state budget, says Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir (BN-Pangkor).

Responding swiftly to critics who were unhappy that the sitting for this term was only half-day long, Dr Zambry said this was also the practice in other states.
