DENGUE and maintenance issues at apartments and condominiums were among the main concerns raised at the Strata Management Seminar organised by Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).
Deputy mayor Shukri Mohamad Hamin said the objective of the seminar was to ensure that residents of high-rise buildings understood the importance of cleanliness and maintenance in their living areas.
