THE Penang Chinese Clan Council (PCCC) has submitted a list of its expediture for the Penang Chinese New Year Celebration 2016 to the state government.
Its treasurer Goh Bee Chow said the council, as the co-organiser of the event in February last year, submitted copies of the bills and receipts as proof of all its spending for the celebration.
