Loan sharks retaliate after victim goes public about debts

THE SHOP of a framemaker who owes money to 11 different loan sharks, was believed to have been vandalised by one of his debtors as soon as his plea for help was published in newspapers.

The 48-year-old man, who only wanted to be known as Chuah, said the rollershutters of his shop in the IGB International Industrial Park, was defaced using red spray paint on Wednesday.
