Melaka has plans in place, including an austerity drive, to generate income and repay its debts


MELAKA: The state stopped borrowing funds from the Federal Government about four years ago, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Idris Haron.

He said the state is now gradually repaying the debts that stood at RM824mil as of 2013.
