Club hopes to replant fallen Ipoh tree


The iconic Ipoh tree located at the Ipoh Railway Station collapsed after a heavy storm in April. The City Council hopes to replant it.

THE ROTARY Club of Ipoh has expressed its wish to replant the fallen Ipoh tree at the Ipoh Railway Station Square.

During a speech at his installation on July 15, new club president Chan Kok Chow said the club was saddened by the incident as the tree held great importance to the club.
