THE Penang Island City Council (MBPP) will install pedestrian traffic lights at new zebra crossings currently without traffic lights at several places around the city.
Councillor Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik said an open tender had been called and the successful contractor would be awarded the installation project.
