Park’s entrance fee raised to address overcrowding

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Parks (TTS) will increase entrance fees throughout Taman Tunku Abdul Rahman (TTAR) beginning next year to address the issue of overcrowding, said its director Dr Jamili Nais.

He said Sabah Parks Board of Trustees had decided to raise the fees from RM3 to RM5 for Malaysian tourists, while foreigners will be charged RM20 (an increase of RM10), as of Jan 1, 2018.
