DBKL flattens illegal stalls at Brickfields open-air carpark

ACTING on the endless complaints about the illegal stalls operating in a carpark in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) enforcement officers finally tore down seven of them yesterday.

The stalls located in one row in the private open-air carpark, were said to have started operations about five years ago and were illegally sub-let to mostly foreigners.
