Aggressive dogs worry residents

Two stray dogs were seen resting in an open area along Lembah Perpaduan Permai.

DOGS may be widely regarded as “man’s best friend”, but to some of the residents of Lembah Perpaduan Permai in Ulu Kinta, they are becoming more of a terrifying nuisance.

During early mornings and evenings, residents who travel in and out of the residential area using Jalan Lembah Perpaduan 3 have to tread with fear and worry due to the presence of some 10 to 15 stray dogs.
