Ipoh animal shelter group gets right of way for path

THE DISPUTE over an access road to the Ipoh Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) shelter has now been resolved, but not before four dogs died due to lack of proper care caused by the issue

ISPCA President Ricky Soong said the four dogs would have gotten better treatment had the path to the shelter not been blocked.
