STARTING next year, residents of Seberang Prai can expect grass along state and municipal roads to be properly maintained (not higher than 5cm).
Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) president Rozali Mohamud said the drain cleaning and grass cutting services would also be extended to villages and rural areas beginning October.
