JOHOR BARU: Despite being underprivileged himself, 59-year-old Hakim Ooi Abdullah brought smiles to residents of Taman Sinar Harapan centre in Tampoi here as he handed out duit raya during a Hari Raya celebration.
Hakim, who is mute and has limited hand mobility, was seen gleefully handing out the money packets to all visitors during the event.
