BASED on the early assessment of the Auditor-General’s Report 2016 Series 1, the public can expect to learn about negligence, malpractice, abuse of power, collusion, corruption and abetment in some government agencies and departments.

Auditor-General Tan Sri Dr Madinah Mohamad said the National Audit Department is adhering to the government’s call to ensure transparency in its reports as part of the department’s duty help the government eradicate corruption and misuse of public funds in the country.
