A FACTORY supervisor thought he would finally own a RM600,000 condominium unit with a panoramic view of Penang Bridge, but after spending RM15,000 and even signing the purchase agreement, the seller disappeared.
R. Ganesan, 42, said he found the property through a licensed property agent and the 45-year-old seller was purportedly a director of the company said to own the condo unit.
