RESIDENTS of Danau Kota flats in Setapak are irked by stall operators hogging parking spaces by putting chairs and cones to prevent motorists from parking by the roadside.
Several food stalls operating along the 300m stretch of Jalan 2/23d in Taman Danau Kota had even extended their chairs onto the road.
