TWO signboards to warn road users of the monsoon drain along Jalan Tun Dr Awang in Penang where a 59-year-old businessman drowned in floodwaters were put up Penang Gerakan,

Its vice-chairman Oh Tong Keong said the party decided to put up the signboards yesterday as the relevant authorities were “slow to react to the matter”.
