Villagers call for non-violent ways to curb spread of rabies

ALTHOUGH they have been putting up with stray dogs for years, villagers of Tepi Sungai near the famous Kuala Sepetang jetty want the problem to be solved in a humane way.

The villagers insist that no dog should be put down simply as they, too, have the right to live.
