Many take advantage to give feedback during Ipoh city council’s Customer Day

FOR ALMOST a year, Othman Abu Bakar had to endure clogged drains due to some foreign workers sweeping plant refuse into the drains near his house in Ulu Kinta.

Two years ago, the former Special Branch officer lodged a report with the Ipoh City Council stating that his residence was always affected by dried leaves and branches from a huge tree near their house.
