A FESTIVE atmosphere prevailed as guests thronged the Hari Raya open house hosted by Deputy Health Minister and Balik Pulau MP Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya at the SMK Seri Balik Pulau in Balik Pulau, Penang.
The public started arriving as early as 6.30pm and by 8pm, the crowd had swelled to a few thousands.
