KUCHING: The state government is looking to adopt the urban renewal concept to rebuild or upgrade facilities of old flats.
Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian will engage with the community and residents of the old flats to discuss the idea and the type of upgrades that could be done to the buildings.
