Liew founded Miss Cosmopolitan World in 2015 with the main objective of promoting Malaysia.
MISS Cosmopolitan World (MCW) 2017 will be expanding to more countries this year in its quest to become a recognised international pageant.
Now in its third year, MCW started with 18 participants in 2015 and is aiming to increase the number to more than 30 for this year’s edition.
