ABANDONED vehicles which are an eyesore, parking woes, floods and the need for more breast-feeding rooms were among the issues raised by participants during a dialogue session organised by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP) to gather public feedback on its 2018 Budget.

Themed ‘Your Voice, Your Choice’, the event was co-organised by Penang Women’s Development Corporation at the Patani Road Community Hall.
