PEKAN: While the plan to develop Kuala Pahang here as a mixed development project is in the pipeline, UDA Holdings Berhad is also focusing on its social responsibility commitment to build houses under the 1Malaysia People’s Housing Project (PR1MA) in the same vicinity.

Its chairman Datuk Seri Dr Mohd Shafei Abdullah said discussions were ongoing for both projects to start soon and UDA preferred it to be conducted in a win-win manner, where both high and middle income groups would reap the benefits.
