STRAITS Quay will be bustling with excitement on Aug 19 as New Generation Club Penang will be holding its first large-scale food festival there from 10.30am to 6pm.
A total of 400 stalls will be set up and organising chairman Lai Kong Hooi said they hoped the event would earn a spot in the Malaysia Book of Records for being the largest food fair.
