Shopowners frustrated over long wait for approval of occupation

SOME shopowners in Sungai Long, Kajang, have waited for a year for the Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) for their properties.

One of the owners, Alvina Kam, 41, said she bought a shoplot in Sungai Long in 2013 but upon completion in June last year, she was surprised to find that the CCC was not included in the handover.
