CHILDREN can now enjoy a good learning environment at Babington Avenue Nursery in Penang after the building underwent a RM300,000 major facelift.
The building, which is managed by the Women’s Welfare Council (WWC), is partitioned into several rooms for preschool children and the council’s hostel.
