ABOUT 36 years ago, Maimon Salim left her hometown in Sabah with her three children to look for work. She left the children in the care of her sister-in-law in Batu Kurau, Taiping, to start work as a security guard in Kuala Lumpur.
Tragically, that would be the last time she would see her son, Selamat @Nadzrul Mohamed.
