Transportation of coal at jetty to be monitored daily

MELAKA: The Melaka Maritime Authority will submit daily reports on barges transporting coal to the Tanjung Beruas jetty here.

State Transport, Project Rehabilitation and International Trade Committee chairman Datuk Lim Ban Hong said this followed complaints from residents in Kampung Balik Bukit, Tanjung Kling about pollution caused by the coal.
