KUCHING: A new training programme for village development and security committee (JKKK) leaders aims to enhance their administrative and management skills.
The village administration programme is part of the Rural and Regional Development Ministry’s rural transformation plan to empower JKKK. It is run by the ministry’s Institute for Rural Advancement (Infra) in collaboration with Universiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL).
