SIXTY children experienced first-hand the culture of others through a traditional dance programme organised by the Penang Island City Council (MBPP).

Dressed in traditional costumes, the participants, aged between six and 12, were more than happy to show off their talents during MBPP’s inaugural Traditional Dance Class Programme 2017 concert at Dewan Belia Lebuh Acheh in George Town on Sunday.
