AN owner of a factory along Jalan TPP 1/36, Taman Perindustrian Puchong, is upset over the lack of action by Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) to maintain the drainage system in the area.
Lim Yoke Loong, 43, claimed that the drains had not been maintained by the council for years.
