OVER 150 residents of Taman Putra Phase 1 in Ampang protested against the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council’s (MPAJ) notice that their guarded neighbourhood scheme carried out since 2009 was illegal.
The council’s notice also stated that five of their guardhouses with boom gates and CCTVs would be torn down next Tuesday.
