MALACCA: Yong Tai Bhd has launched its first residential project, diversifying from its core tourism and cultural-based activities.
Apart from the residential Amber Cove project, Yong Tai also announced the launch of Terra Square, a retail mall within the Impression City Melaka development at Jaya99 here.
