DBKU keeps 80,000 healthy trees

KUCHING: Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) is committed in maintaining over 80,000 healthy trees under its jurisdiction and has always planted sustainable replacement for trees that needed to be removed.

Its mayor Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap Abang Julai said the council would plant three new trees to replace each tree that was felled because it was sick or deemed unsafe to the public.
