IT was a long queue at every stall as the heritage enclave of Downing Street, Beach Street and Bishop Street came alive during the inaugural Penang International Food Festival 2017.
People were seen pushing each other as they made a beeline for the stalls to savour famous Penang dishes such as char koay teow, assam laksa, nasi kandar, cendol, rojak, pasembur, hokkien mee and curry mee.
