ENTREPRENEURS who invested in the quadricycle rental business in Penang are now in a fix because these foot-powered vehicles have been declared illegal.
Having gone through the hassle of forming the Bicycles and Tourist Vehicles Association to submit themselves to be regulated, the operators were stunned by the sudden announcement that quadricycles would no longer be allowed to ply the roads.
