Sim-Sim market closed following cases of food poisoning

KOTA KINABALU: Sandakan district’s Sim-Sim market, known among locals and tourists for its smoked and barbecue seafood, has been closed for almost a week following several cases of food poisoning.

The market was ordered to close while investigations were being carried out to find out the cause of food poisoning among six of its customers recently.
