KUALA Lumpur Opposition MPs are calling city dwellers to sign a petition to push for the draft Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020 (DKLCP 2020) to be gazetted.
They said the development in the city was out of control with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) approving projects exceeding maximum density of 400 people per 0.4ha and allowing government land and public spaces to be used for commercial purposes.
