RUBBISH clogging the perimeter drain at Sri Impian Apartment in Bandar Baru Air Itam, Penang, has been identified as the cause of the ‘mini waterfall’ there last Thursday.

Penang Island City Council (MBPP) Engineering Department deputy director A. Rajendran said rubbish such as plastic bottles could have been discarded by residents or washed down from the hill behind the apartment.
