RESIDENTS of Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 1, Taman Melewar, Taman Changkat Desa and Taman Rowthers in Kuala Lumpur are relieved that an access road from Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke) to Jalan 2/10, Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 1 is finally open.
Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa 1 Residents Association chairman Ubaidullah Samsuddin, 34, said residents, fed up with traffic congestion they faced daily, had requested since 2015 for an access road.
