New police station for Pakan district in Julau

JULAU: Pakan District is set to have a new police station as a piece of land measuring 0.76ha has been approved for the purpose.

District police chief DSP Bidol Noyeng, who made the announcement at the 210th Police Day celebration on Saturday, said the station was necessary as Pakan had become a district in 2010.
