MIRI: The Federal Government has given RM1.5mil as immediate funds to help residents of Rumah Empaling in northern Sarawak who lost their longhouse in a major landslide.
Bintulu MP Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said Putrajaya had swiftly approved the financial aid to help the victims of the incident that happened on Mar 23.
