WATER gushing out from the embankment of the Sri Impian Apartment in Bandar Baru Air Itam in Penang, has caused jitters among residents.
The cascading water from the hill flowed onto the sidewalk and road causing inconvenience to residents staying in nearby high-rise blocks.
