Chieng: All SPM 9A achievers should be qualified for PSD scholarships.
SIBU: Bukit Assek Sarawak United People’s Party (SUPP) wants all SPM 9A+ and above achievers to be automatically qualified for the Public Service Department (PSD) scholarship.
Its Youth chief Joseph Chieng told a press conference on Wednesday that presently not all 9A+ and above scorers were automatically eligible to apply for the scholarship despite meeting PSD’s published condition.
