Motorists waiting for the flood water to subside at the Lebuh Bandar Utama-Taman Tun Dr Ismail junction on Friday morning.
A morning downpour caused a flash flood near the Lebuh Bandar Utama-Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) junction during rush hour, causing a bumper-to-bumper crawl for motorists travelling from Bandar Utama and TTDI heading towards Kota Damansara and Bandar Seri Damansara.
The heavy rain started at about 8am and the junction flooded shortly after.
