RESIDENTS in Section 14 (Jalan 14/1 to 14/15) have been facing a water cut caused by four broken pipes in the neighbourhood since Saturday.
The 40-year-old piping system in parts of Section 14 is showing signs of ageing and it is not going down well with residents.
